Proud to Be Named a Top Disabled Influencer of 2025

I’m excited to share some big news today. I was named one of Feedspot’s Top Disabled Influencers 2025, and it feels incredible to be alongside so many creators who are making an impact every day. This recognition means a lot, not only for me, but for the entire #UNBREAKABLE and #OILife communities.

Feedspot’s full list can be found HERE!

This moment feels like a milestone. A reminder that showing up, telling my story, and helping people move toward a healthier, stronger, more confident life is worth every bit of effort.

Why This Honor of being a disabled influencer Matters

Being named one of the Top Disabled Influencers 2025 is powerful because it highlights representation. Disabled creators are sharing stories, building communities, and changing how the world sees disability. To be included in this list shows that our collective voices are being heard.

I’ve spent years building spaces where people with disabilities and limited mobility can feel supported and encouraged. Recognition like this reinforces the mission. It pushes me to continue creating programs, classes, events, and content that help people live an #UNBREAKABLE life.

The Work Behind the Recognition

A few things that helped shape this journey:

Sharing My Story

Growing up with Osteogenesis Imperfecta (O.I.), fitness looked different for me. Over time, I learned how to move safely, build strength, and improve my bone health in ways that worked for my body. Sharing those lessons became a platform for helping others do the same.

Building Community Spaces as a disabled influencer

From the weekly Energy Elevator workouts, to the Stronger Bones Coaching Group, to the #OILife GROUP, every community we’ve built comes from a place of wanting people to feel seen, supported, and capable.

Creating Content With Purpose

My goal has always been to make fitness accessible and encourage people to take charge of their health. Whether it’s YouTube workouts, blogs, events, or speaking engagements, each piece of content is designed to help someone feel more confident in their journey.

A Win for the Entire Disabled Community

This recognition isn’t just about me. It’s about every person who’s been part of this movement.

It’s for anyone who has ever:

  • Wanted to start moving but wasn’t sure how
  • Felt alone in their disability or diagnosis
  • Needed encouragement to show up
  • Wanted a fitness space that actually understood their needs

If that’s you, this win is for you too.

We’re building something powerful together. Something inclusive. Something that changes lives.

What’s Ahead

2026 is already shaping up to be packed with exciting projects. More adaptive workouts, more coaching opportunities, more community events, and more conversations about disability, strength, and possibility.

Awards like this only fuel the momentum.

If you want to be part of this journey, here are a few places to plug in:

There’s space for you in all of it.

Grateful and Ready for More

Thank you to Feedspot for including me on their Top Disabled Influencers 2025 list. Thank you to everyone who follows, supports, shares, and participates. And thank you to every person who continues to show up for themselves.

We’re living in the move. Adapting and advancing. Being #UNBREAKABLE… TOGETHER!
