The Energy Elevator Access Pass is your weekly ticket to move, strengthen, and feel amazing. Every Monday at 10 AM ET, you’ll join a live adaptive workout that’s different each week — from cardio and strength to mobility/stretch and boxing. We mix it up with resistance bands, dumbbells, and bodyweight exercises so you always get something fresh, fun, and effective.
Can’t make it live? No problem. With your pass, you’ll also get access to the replay for one full week, so you can still get your workout in on your schedule.
Every class includes both seated and standing options, making it safe and accessible no matter where you’re starting. This is the perfect opportunity to stay consistent, boost your energy, and build stronger bones with workouts designed for everyone.

Please note:
- If a Monday falls on a holiday, that week’s live class will move to Tuesday.
- There are occasional breaks in the live schedule for holidays or special occasions. During these times, you’ll still have access to replays and additional workouts selected by Coach Tony.
- All replays are available inside the EE Access Pass Space in the community.
