Adaptive fitness is personal training and exercise for those who have physical disabilities or limited mobility. This isn’t as small of a group as it sounds because many of us may have limited mobility or a restricted range of motion. And it’s not restricted to any age either! From young kids to senior citizens, adapting fitness to your personal needs is the focus.
