ABOUT TONY

I’m Tony Jacobsen, a certified personal trainer and Adaptive Fitness Specialist living with Osteogenesis Imperfecta (O.I.). I know what it’s like to face the challenges of fragile bones and limited movement — and I also know the power of safe, consistent fitness to change lives.

That’s why I created the #UNBREAKABLE BODY Membership: to provide adaptive workouts, guided BODY PATHWAYS, and community support for every body, at every level.

• If you feel an exercise may be too much, listen to your body. Modify, slow down, take breaks, or skip movements as needed.
• Stop exercising immediately if you suspect an injury and seek medical attention. After any incident, consult your doctor before resuming exercise.
