If you’re new to movement, returning after a break, or looking for a low-impact routine you can do seated or standing, you’re in the right place. Today’s workout is all about starting where you are and feeling good about getting your body moving.
Why Try a 10-Minute Adaptive Workout?
Ten minutes may not sound like much—but when done with intention, it’s powerful. This quick cardio session helps improve circulation, increases energy, and brings a sense of accomplishment that sets the tone for your day.
More importantly, this routine is built to meet you where you are. It includes modifications so you can do it seated or standing, with zero pressure and maximum encouragement.

What You’ll Do
This beginner-friendly routine includes marching, reaching, tapping, light punches, and one of our new signature moves: the Punch and Step Combo. It’s a fun way to build coordination while keeping your heart rate up at a safe pace.
Why It’s Great for Beginners
This workout focuses on consistent movement without high-intensity pressure. You’ll find it energizing but gentle, which makes it perfect for anyone with bone health concerns, chronic fatigue, or just beginning a fitness habit.
