On April 13th, we proved once again that strength and stronger bones isn’t just about muscles—it’s about mindset, movement, and choosing to show up.
I had the honor of teaming up with Care4Bones to lead a 60-minute webinar designed to shake up how we think about bone health. The mission? Help people living with Osteogenesis Imperfecta (O.I.), osteoporosis, osteopenia, and other bone-related conditions see that safe, effective fitness is absolutely possible—and powerful.
We brought together folks from all over the world, and the energy in that Zoom room was off the charts (check the screenshot—we were lit 🔥).

Mindset Over Fear
We kicked things off with a 15-minute mindset session. Because before we move a muscle, we’ve gotta move our thinking.
I shared what it means to shift from fear-based thinking (“I’m too fragile”) to an #UNBREAKABLE mindset—one rooted in adaptation, curiosity, and daily commitment. We talked about how strength doesn’t come from ignoring reality, but from working with it. One small movement at a time.
“You’re not unable to move, you just need to learn how to move safely for your body.”
That line hit home for a lot of folks.
Move Smarter, Fuel Better FOR STRONGER BONES
Next up: the goods.
We dove into the #UNBREAKABLE Movement Method, a game-changing way of training that focuses on neuromuscular control, sensory engagement, and non-repetitive movement. Translation? We move intentionally, feel what we’re doing, and challenge the body in safe, smart ways.
On the nutrition side, I broke down how strong bones need more than calcium—think protein, vitamin D, K2, magnesium, and yes… hydration (grab that water bottle).
The key takeaway? Simple, sustainable choices make a massive difference over time. You don’t need perfection—you need consistency.
We Got MOVIN’
Theory is cool… but action is where the magic happens.
We wrapped the session with a live, seated, adaptive workout straight from my Energy Elevator series—designed for people with limited mobility or those just starting their movement journey.
20 minutes. 6 exercises. 2 rounds. 1 Burnout!
We punched, pulled, tapped, and clapped our way to a cardio boost, from the chair and on our feet.
And guess what? Everyone kept up. Everyone finished.
No one was left behind.

We closed it out with a beautiful Q&A and some personal reflections. The chat box was full of love, energy, and motivation to keep going.
That’s what this work is really about.
