What to Expect in the “Step It Out” WALKING Workout
This 15-minute session is designed with beginner to intermediate participants in mind. But don’t let the word “beginner” fool you—this workout brings the heat. You’ll get moving from the very start and build energy with every round.
Warm-Up (2 minutes):
Gentle steps, heel taps to ease into movement.
Main Workout (12 minutes):
You’ll rotate through simple but effective walking-based movements. Some are pure cardio, and others bring a touch of strength and coordination. All are adaptable!
- Energy Walk

- Reach + Step

- Forward and Backward Walk
- NEW MOVE: Punch and Step Combo – This move combines forward punches with alternating steps to engage your upper body and core while keeping your lower body active.
You’ll also hit a couple of “Recovery Step” sections to catch your breath while keeping momentum.
Cooldown (1 minute):
