It doesn’t matter what Type of O.I. you have. I will help you determine appropriate exercises for your type. I will work with you to determine S.M.A.R.T. goals and assess your current functionality so that the exercises you do will be appropriate and help you reach your physical goals.
I will build workout programs that are powerful, yet gentle and safe, specific for you and your type of O.I.
I have Type 1 and I understand not only the physical limitations, but the psychological and emotional obstacles that we face. I assure you, there are plenty of options available for you to succeed!
